For our client, a Scandinavian SSC/BPO, we are looking for a candidate to the fill the position of:

OtC & Treasury Team Leader
Location: Gdańsk

Requirements:

  • Higher education in economics or accounting
  • Experience in managing an accounting team
  • Very good working knowledge of English
  • Nice to have the IFS knowledge
  • Orientation to results
  • Ability to create team collaboration and engagement
  • Leadership skills
  • Proactivity and process improvement attitude

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process managment, OtC & Treasury
  • Team management
  • Accountability for the process quality and team results
  • Improvement projects
  • Keeping process documentation and accounting procedures up-to-date
  • Reporting
