Finance Controller 

Location: Gdynia


– Preparing the budget and financial forecasts and report variance

– Carry out general ledger quality control

– Supporting month-end and year-end close process

– Review US GAAP accounts, monitor and analyze P&L and Balance sheet transactions and ensure their correctness; deal with eventual discrepancies; review and confirm the overall correctness of P&L and BS statements

– Providing proactive, cross-functional support between finance, HR, administrative and operations staff

– Close collaboration with stakeholders on different seniority levels

– At least 4 years of experience in a similar position

– University education, ideally majoring in Economics or Finance

– Very good knowledge of English and Polish

– Attention to details, proven ability to work under deadlines, highly developed communication skills

– Can-do attitude and open-minded

– Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint

– Accounting (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent will be an asset)
