Position: HR Admin and Payroll Specialist – Gdańsk
Responsibilities:
- Payroll preparation with verification of data on working time
- HR Administration including preparation of employment related documents
- Cooperation with ZUS, GUS, US, PFRON, financial institutions managing PPK
- Cooperation with clients, including answering clients’ questions regarding HR and payroll issues
Requirements:
- Experience in HR Administration and Payroll preparation
- In-depths knowledge of regulations in the area of labor law, social security, payments and income tax
- Knowledge of specific programs: ERP Optima, R2Płatnik, Płatnik
- Independence, communication, commitment, good organization of work, availability
- Knowledge of the English is nice to have
