Power of feedback

Feedback is a very valuable tool. Therefore in career coaching we ask one particular question. The question is:  what feedback do you receive most often. By reflecting on this we have the opportunity to identify patterns in how we are perceived.  This can be a very good hint in finding:
– our strenghts
– areas to improve.
By asking it we uncover what is unknown to us and in this way we can reflect on it and act.
