For our client, a Scandinavian SSC/BPO, we are looking for a candidate to the fill the position of:

Process Automation Specialist
Location: Szczecin


-University degree/master’s in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or IT
-At least 2 years of experience in developing process automation in BPO/SSC sector followed by solid understanding of accounting processes
-Advanced level of VBA & MS Excel,
-Good knowledge of business processes and improvement opportunities identification,
-Experience in documenting requirements and solutions,
-Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation tools (UiPath) will be an asset
-Proven track of translating current state processes into software requirement specifications and corresponding future state processes
-Fluent in English – both in writing and speaking
-Experience in process delivery Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, General ledger, Customer Order Processing would be an asset


-Conducting business process analysis along with data collection to identify areas for improvement and automation
-Partnering with business leaders in identification of potential quality, service and productivity improvements throughout the organization
-Carry out high-level automation and RPA assessments
-Providing technical expertise to enable swift and robust automation (RPA, scripting) implementation, on business and operational requirements
-Design detailed reports and business case to improve business processes and benefit realization
-Support implementation of RPA framework in the organization
-Support and promote change management of existing processes
-Cooperation with automation solution vendors
-Providing regular support on the implemented automation tools to end users
-Organizing dedicated trainings in order to sustain implemented solutions
-Maintain technical documentation, using established procedures and policies;
-Providing regular support on the implemented automation tools to end users
